When do I need a lawyer?
Queenan Law Firm works with clients on a number of different levels. While we have won several trial cases for our clients, we also can help you draw up your will, work on a settlement for your case, and help your business with legal disputes.
What is the attorney-client privilege?
When a client hires an attorney, all business dealings including written and spoken information provided by the client remains confidential. Wait until an attorney-client relationship has been established through a letter of representation before offering or sending confidential information to any attorney or law office. Both the attorney and client must sign a legal services agreement before an official attorney-client relationship is established.
What are the fees associated with retaining Queenan Law Firm, P.C.?
Queenan Law Firm, P.C. usually charges a modest consultation fee to hear details on a possible case before taking on clients. Once QLF, P.C. has agreed to represent a client, we will discuss whether it is best to charge a flat fee or hourly fee. If your case is taken as a contingency basis, QLF, P.C. will charge a percentage of the recovery or settlement after the case is finished.
Will my case likely settle or go to trial?
An attorney from Queenan Law Firm, P.C. will work with you on your case to determine the best option for you, whether it is mediation, to settle out of court, or go to trial.
